Delegate and Council Nomination
Delegate Nominations for Diocesan Synod 2025
Nominations and Elections for delegates to the Diocesan Synod are handled by your local congregation. If you wish to nominate someone in your congregation to be a delegate, please fill out this form and submit it to your local Senior Warden.
Nominations for Diocesan Council
The Diocesan Council is the governing body of the Diocese when Synod is not in session. Elections to the Diocesan Council occurs every year at the annual synod. If you wish to nominate someone to the Diocesan Council, please fill out this form and submit it to your local Archdeacon.

Clergy and Spouse Retreat - Oct 8th Dinner through Oct 10th Lunch

Wednesday, Oct. 8th, 5:30 - Eucharist, Clergy and Spouses Dinner
Thursday, Oct 9th - 8:30am - 5:30pm: Clergy and Spouse Retreat
Friday, Oct 10th - 8:30am - Noon: Clergy and Spouse Retreat
Diocesan Synod - Oct 10th-11th
Friday Oct 10th
Noon - Registration/Check-in
1pm - Synod opens with midday prayer followed by business session
4pm Dinner on our own
7pm - Contra Dancing (Optional)
Saturday Oct 11th
9:00am - Morning Prayer
9:30am - Business Session
11:00am - Break
11:30am - Festival Eucharist & Diaconal Ordination
Planning Information
Food provided at Synod
Vegetarian. Meals provided at Synod will include a vegetarian option. Please select that option on the registration form.
Gluten friendly. We are not able to provide gluten free options for those with Celiac. We will do our best to provide gluten-friendly options at each meal provided at Synod.
Child care

CHILD CARE REGISTRATIONChild care is provided throughout both the Clergy Retreat and the Diocesan Synod
If you have a childcare person at your church who would like to serve at Synod, please put them in touch with us by emailing emily@copaspokane.org. We are committed to providing care for your kids and still have a few open slots for caregivers. Caregivers must be background-checked in advance.
