  • The Right Reverend Jacob “Jake” Worley

    BISHOP

    Bishop Jacob became a Christian when he gave his life to Christ at the age of 19 while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and Botany. He met his wife Kelly soon after and they married in 1989. They have five children and seven grandchildren. While working as a wildlife biologist, Bishop Jacob answered the call to ordained ministry and went to Trinity School for Ministry in 2001 and has been ordained since 2004. In October of 2023, he was elected to be the second bishop of the Diocese of Cascadia and was consecrated in February of 2024. Bishop Jacob and Kelly enjoy all things wildlife, fly fishing, hiking and keeping bees.

  • The Rev. Ken Hegtvedt

    CANON TO THE ORDINARY

    Fr. Ken currently serves as the Canon to the Bishop Ordinary in the Diocese of Cascadia. Ken also serves as assisting priest at St Charles Anglican Cathedral and Holy Trinity Tacoma. He is the priest leading and overseeing Holy Trinity Anglican Chapel at Joint Base Lewis-McCord. Fr. Ken served as an Army Chaplain for 25 years and is endorsed and licensed by the Jurisdiction of the Armed Forces and Chaplaincy (ACNA). Canon Ken has planted several churches as well as serving in various offices in established churches. Fr. Ken is a native of Bremerton, WA and is married to Janet. They have 4 children, all are married, and have 11 grandchildren.

  • The Venerable McLean Rabb

    ARCHDEACON - NORTH

    Fr. McLean serves as the Rector at St. Brendan's Anglican Church, in Bellingham, WA. Prior to his call to the PNW, he served in Anglican churches in New England, Texas, and North Carolina. McLean married his best friend, Mary Moore, in 2015, and together they have three wonderful children, Quinna, Bonnie, and Peter. McLean's greatest joy in ministry is seeing others grow both in life-giving relationship with Jesus, and ever into His glorious image (2 Cor. 3:18). Raised in San Antonio, TX, McLean+ holds an M.Div from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in S. Hamilton, Mass., and a B.A in History from the University of Texas at Austin. McLean+ enjoys coffee and books, playing music (preferably with his kids dancing), and hiking with his family in God's beautiful creation.

    Fr. Billy serves as the Rector at Christ Our Peace in Spokane, WA.

  • The Venerable James Dandon

    ARCHDEACON - CENTRAL

    Father James Danson Serves as Rector at All Saints Anglican Church Milton Way, Milton Wa. He has served in the Pastoral ministry for over 25yrs having started as a full-time lay-minister at St Thomas Cathedral in 1999, and later as an ordained priest in  Diocese of Kirinyaga in the Anglican Church of Kenya. Upon relocation to the USA in the year 2016, he was instrumental in planting the First Kenyan Anglican Church in the Pacific North West. He later with others planted the All Saints Anglican Church Federal Way which later moved to Milton. Father James is married to Seralilly and has two teenage children. Fr James holds a Diploma in Theology from St Paul's university kenya and a Bachelor of Divinity from ANCCI University  Texas. When not serving or working (works as a CNA) James loves listening to gospel music, reading books and sipping a cup of Kenyan tea.

  • The Venerable Seth Brooker

    ARCHDEACON - ALASKA

    Fr. Seth serves as the Rector at St. Andrew’s Anglican Church in Anchorage, AK. He is a 2006 graduate of Trinity School for Ministry and has previously served parishes in Pennsylvania, California, and New York.   He and his wife Kathleen have five children: Jacob, Lydia, Hannah, Abby, and Zoey.  In his spare time he enjoys exploring Alaska, hiking with his family, shooting, and hunting.

  • The Venerable David Humphries

    ARCHDEACON - SOUTH

    Fr. David is the Rector at St. Matthews Anglican Church in Portland, OR. David went to seminary at St. John's College, Nottingham, and was ordained deacon and priest in the Church of England, where he ministered until coming to St. Matthew’s, Portland. His aspiration is
    summarized by Colossians 1:28: “We proclaim Christ, admonishing and
    teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ.” He and his wife Rachel love living in Oregon and have four children – three of whom now live in the Midwest, which is where David grew up.

  • The Rev. Steve Tompkins

    CANON FOR FORMATION

    Canon Steve Tompkins serves as a priest at Holy Trinity Edmonds in Edmonds Washington, and as Canon for Spiritual Formation in the Diocese of Cascadia. He grew up in the Seattle area and loves the Pacific Northwest. He and his wife, Hilary, have two grown children with whom they love to spend time. Steve has over twenty-five years of experience pastoring, teaching and leading in the context of the local church. He remains deeply committed to building the health and life of the church of Jesus Christ. Steve has a Master of Christian Studies from Regent College in Vancouver B.C., and an M.Div. from North Park Theological Seminary in Chicago.

  • The Rev. Ryan Brotherton

    CANON FOR CHURCH PLANTING

    Canon Ryan Brotherton is the rector of Holy Trinity Edmonds, where he has served for over five years. He worked to plant the church in 2014, partnering with North Sound Church in Edmonds, Bishop Todd Hunter, and Bishop Kevin Allen of the Anglican Church in North America. Ryan was ordained an Anglican Priest in January 2015. He earned his B.A. in Ministry Leadership from Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington, and is completing an M.A. in Leadership Theology and Society at Regent College in Vancouver, British Columbia. Additionally, he is the Canon for Church Planting in the Diocese of Cascadia, ACNA. Ryan and his wife Emily were married in 2005 and they have three daughters: Evelyn, Eleanor, and Elizabeth.

Diocesan Council

The governance of the diocese is represented by both clergy and laity, serving together in leadership.  The Diocesan Council acts on behalf of the Synod when the Synod is not in session. In particular, it shall evaluate the policies, programs, and other activities of the Diocese, make recommendations to the Synod, and give general oversight to the work, mission, budget, and human resources of the Diocese. The Council shall perform such other functions and tasks as the Synod or Bishop assigns to it.
